Everything was perfect. Our room was spacious, featuring a beautiful art deco designed bathroom. The bar served large portions of really good food. The festive decorations added charm. We found the free parking very convenient. 🎄

We had a fantastic stay, really enjoyed the delicious three-course meal, the food was braw! The only downside was check-in. the receptionist was a bit frosty with us. a cracking experience and we’ll be back soon!

what a charming hotel—if you ignore the stinky mouldy carpets and the blocked sink. shockingly, no one offered me a room upgrade despite the obvious lack of class. i thought leisure facilities were included, but apparently, access is just for the lucky public. i almost left a good review, but really couldn’t manage it.

The decor is a bit dated and could use some modernization to breathe new life into the rooms. the route to the rooms can feel convoluted and lacks straightforward signage. it's easy to get turned around. The breakfast doesn’t include tea or coffee, and now I’m stuck paying extra for scrambled eggs, which feels a bit off for the price point. Noise from outside and slamming doors in the hall made getting a good night's sleep tougher than it should be. Plus, the advertised swimming pool hours weren't very flexible due to swimming lessons, which can be a hassle when traveling with kids.

Friendly vibes, decent stay
The staff were super friendly and helped us settle in late after a night out. One thing that bugged me was the noise from the hallway. made sleeping a bit tough.

charming, charming, charming
I had a fantastic time at this lovely gem! The breakfast was exceptional, especially the made-to-order full Irish fry. I couldn't get enough! The warmth of the community vibe, with locals visiting for live Big Band dancing, made it an unforgettable experience.
strongly recommend 🥰🌟
